The moment was live.
The clip doesn't have to be.
A four-hour broadcast holds maybe six minutes anybody will ever rewatch, and they are buried at timestamps nobody wrote down. Getting one of them out usually means a scrubber, an editor, a crop, and a caption pass — for sixty seconds of video.
This is that whole errand, in one place, on any channel's public VODs.
Search any VOD.
Keep the thirty seconds that matter.
Type a channel name and its public past broadcasts come back with titles, dates and durations. Open one, and the studio is a timeline, a crop window and a caption style — nothing else to learn.
Start from any channel, not just your own.

Search any VOD
Find a channel by name and open any of its public past broadcasts. Being the streamer is optional — connecting Twitch only adds your own and sub-only VODs.
Trim with in & out points
Set an in point and an out point on a zoomable timeline, down to the second. Up to 2:00 in total, built from as many scenes of the VOD as you like.
Reframe 16:9 to 9:16 or 1:1
Drag the crop window over the source frame, and move it per time zone when the play crosses the screen. A straight 16:9 cut is there too.
Word-level captions
Whisper transcribes with per-word timestamps. Captions burn in four words at a time with the word being spoken highlighted, in Montserrat, Impact or Arial.
Captions in 20 languages
Translate the transcript and burn the translated captions instead of the original — same timing, same style.
Voiceover & PiP reaction
Record a voiceover over the finished clip, or a picture-in-picture webcam reaction, without leaving the page.
Four steps.
One download.
The cutting, reframing, transcribing and caption burn-in all run on our servers. Start the clip and close the tab if you want to.

The questions
we would ask first.
Whose VODs can I clip?
Any public Twitch VOD. Search a channel by name, open one of its past broadcasts, and mark the segment you want — you do not have to be the streamer. You are responsible for having the right to use the footage, and the creator's rights and Twitch's terms still apply.
Do I have to connect my Twitch account?
No. Browsing and clipping public VODs needs no connection at all. Connecting Twitch is optional, and only matters if you want your own channel's VODs — including sub-only ones — to show up in your library.
How long can a clip be?
Up to 2:00. You set an in and an out point on the timeline, and you can combine several scenes from the same VOD as long as the total stays under two minutes.
What happens after my 5 free clips?
Nothing disappears — the clips you already made stay in your library and on their share pages. The counter resets at the start of the next month, or you can move to Pro, which removes the monthly limit.
What do I actually get to download?
An MP4 at 1080×1920 for 9:16, or 1080×1080 for 1:1, with the captions burned in. A straight 16:9 cut is available too. Every clip also gets a public share page and a spot on your /@username profile.
How do captions and translation work?
Whisper transcribes the clip with word-level timestamps. Captions are burned into the video four words at a time with the word being spoken highlighted — yellow by default, and you can change the style, font and position. You can also translate the transcript into 20 languages and burn the translated captions instead.
Is the Pro trial really free?
Yes — 7 days, and we do not ask for a card up front. We ask for one when the trial ends; if you do not add it, the subscription pauses and your account simply goes back to the free 5 clips a month.
Can I change a clip after it renders?
Yes. The editor keeps the title, aspect ratio, caption style and cover frame editable, and you can record a voiceover or a picture-in-picture webcam reaction over the finished clip. Re-rendering picks up the changes.
